Board of Education Signs MOU with Eastern for Dual Credit Classes

Students at Moorefield High School and East Hardy High School have the opportunity to take college courses at their respective schools during the Spring Semester. 

The Hardy County Board of Education voted to approve a Memorandum of Understanding with Eastern West Virginia Community and Technical College during the board’s Dec. 2 meeting.

Moorefield High School students can take English Composition II, American History II, Introduction to Sociology and Speech Fundamentals. East Hardy High School students will be offered English Composition II and General Psychology.

The next meeting of the Hardy County Board of Education will be held on Monday, Dec. 16 beginning at 5 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Central Office, 510 Ashby St. in Moorefield. The public is invited to attend.
