There was a rumbling in Harrisonburg as Broadway Bruins roared and shredded the Elkton Blue Sox at James Madison University’s Eagle Field during a doubleheader by the scores of 11-3 and 3-nil (five innings – lightning shortened game) last Saturday with Mountain State players making the difference.
Hedgesville graduate and current JMU player Chase DeLauter dominated at the plate hitting triples thrice and notching a double with four RBIs and scoring four times in the opening contest before following up with an encore solo home run in the second game.
