NOTICE is hereby given that Hardy County Public Service District, a public utility, has on September 8, 2021, filed with the PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION OF WEST VIRGINIA, an application containing increased rates, tolls and charges for furnishing water service to 2,052 customers in Hardy County.
The proposed increased rates and charges will produce approximately $350,913 annually in additional revenue, an increase of 24.79%. The average monthly bill for the various classes of customers will be changed as follows:
