In following the Governor’s order to close restaurants and bars, local eat-in restaurants converted quickly to carry-out only.
O’Neill’s Restaurant in Moorefield said they are open for carry-out. “We are going to take it one moment at a time and figure it out,” they said.
The GuestHouse at Lost River is still accepting overnight guests “for as long as health officials permit us,” and have increased their takeout menu and hours. Currently, carry-out is available Wednesday and Thursday from 5 – 8 p.m., Friday and Saturday from noon until 9 p.m. They will bring the order outside to your vehicle or you can pick it up in the lobby.
Colt’s Restaurant in Moorefield will be serving pizza only to go between the hours of 5 – 8 p.m.
“I’m at a loss of words,” Tammy George said. “Thank you all for 45 years of patronage and love. Together we shall get through this.”
Pupuseria Emerita said they will continue to make fresh and delicious Honduran and Salvadorian food for carry-out or delivery.
“Stay safe and stay home if you can,” they said. “Thank you for your continued support. We are all in this together.”
Quarter Mile Diner is open normal hours. Their full menu is available and they will bring your food to your car. They will deliver within a 15-mile radius at no additional charge.
Hero’s in Moorefield is also open regular hours with their regular menu. They also deliver within a 10-mile radius.

Tuesday thru Sunday 12- 8
Full menu available for carryout, including beer and wine.
Ponderosa Steakhouse will continue to offer carryout and pick-up options. You can call the restaurant at 304-530-3226 to place your order.
They will be open from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 5 – 8 p.m.
They also have pre-packaged cold bar, hot bar and dessert items ready to go. “We appreciate your business and thank you for choosing us,”
