West Virginia’s First Lady Visits Moorefield Elementary and Moorefield High Schools

West Virginia’s First Lady Cathy Justice visited Moorefield High and Moorefield Elementary schools on Wednesday, Oct. 23.

Mrs. Justice has been instrumental in the expansion of Communities In Schools, a national program piloted three years ago in Greenbrier County, where the Justice’s live.
