The West Virginia Division of Highways announces that Snyderville Road (CR 10/7) will be closed to through traffic beginning as early as Thursday, June 11, 2020.
The closure is located near the intersection with Morgantown Road (CR 10/6). The closure will be in place 24 hours a day, seven-days a week, and is necessary for the WVDOH to repair a drainage structure over an unnamed tributary of the South Branch of Potomac River. Signs will be in place to warn motorists. Work is expected to be completed in approximately six weeks.
Traffic is advised to use Frosty Hollow Road (CR 10/1) and Rig Road and Kessel Road (CR 10) to detour around the project.
Questions regarding the closure can be directed to the District Five Bridge Department at 304-289-2221.
