Wardensville Orchard Holds Story Time for Area Families

Marker-Miller Orchard hosted 19 children and their families from Wardensville’s Story Time.  The group enjoyed a hayride through the orchards, apples, apple cider donuts, playing in the play yard, and of course, a storybook!  Every family received a book about apples to take home and keep.  Story Time is sponsored by the Wardensville Lions Club with a grant from the Hardy County Community Foundations’ Community Impact Fund and a gift from the Capon Valley Bank.  Story Time meets every Friday at 11:00 at the Wardensville Community Library.  For more information call Patty and Tom Austin at 304-874-4345.
