PUBLIC NOTICE
The Town of Moorefield Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 17, at 6:00pm, at the Moorefield Town office to hear the following:
South Branch Smokehouse – A conditional use request has been filed with the Moorefield Board of Zoning Appeals to accommodate a video lottery establishment, permissible under the C1 zone as a conditional use, on the premises situated at 1542 US Highway 220 N.
Anyone desiring to make comments pertaining to any of the above requests to the Zoning Ordinance is invited to attend the hearing or may submit a written statement at or prior to the hearing. All written comments should be delivered or mailed to 206 Winchester Avenue, Moorefield, WV 26836 and addressed to the Town of Moorefield Board of Zoning Appeals.
