Virginia was known for many talents, yet her work ethic and story telling were legendary. She loved being around her friends and family, and she was proud of her time working for the Marriott Corporation’s Hot Shoppes for over 20 years.
The combination of these worlds was the source of many famous stories. She would tell them with the same excitement and humor whether it was the first or tenth time she told it. Virginia enjoyed fast walks on the beach, and traveling with her siblings, especially if it was to one of her son’s ballgames. She adored her years rotating to her different son’s homes and spending quality time with each grandchild and great-grandchild.
She loved watching her favorite shows, most importantly, Wheel of Fortune and old movies. Virginia was most happy sitting anyplace where she could bask in the sun for hours. There are no words for how much she will be missed.
Special mention to her cherished caretakers who became family, Renata, Viviene, Nirva, Courtney and Lisa.
