Petersburg, W.Va, Keyser, W.Va, Davis, W.Va (March 11, 2025) — The Grant County Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of three Commercial Lenders to the role of Assistant Vice President. Tracy Kesner, Lindsey Teets, and Sarah Strosnider were selected for promotion recently by the bank’s Board of Directors.

“Our commercial lending team is critical to the success of our bank,” said George Ford, President & CEO of The Grant County Bank. “They are the face of the bank to many of our commercial clients, and I am proud of their achievement thus far and look forward to their future accomplishments.”

James Cornett, Senior Vice President & Chief Credit Officer of The Grant County Bank, stated, “I am pleased with the recent promotions and know that they are well deserved. They have each performed well in their current roles, and we are counting on them to help us continue to grow our relationships with commercial clients throughout our market area.”

Lindsey Teets completed his Bachelor of Arts in Economics at Armstrong State University and completed his Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications at West Virginia University. Lindsey is entering his second year of the Graduate School of Banking at the Barrett School of Banking in Memphis, Tennessee. He has also attended the West Virginia Banking School and the Commercial Lending Development Program. Lindsey is married to Rebecca Teets, and they have six beautiful boys from the ages of 5 to 13. He also runs a farming operation with his father, where they manage a flock of 270 sheep and goats. Prior to working at The Grant County Bank, Lindsey worked for Eastern Community and Technical College and the WV Small Business Development Center as a Business Development Specialist.

“I look forward to continuing to help entrepreneurs grow and expand in the region and beyond,” stated Lindsey. “The Grant County Bank is one of the best community-minded banks in the area and specializes in serving small business customers.”

Tracy Kesner is a Petersburg native and a graduate of Dominion Business School. In 1998, she relocated to Keyser after meeting her husband, Brian. Together, they have raised a son and a daughter. Tracy began her banking career in 2002 and has spent most of her career in management. She has been a valued team member at The Grant County Bank since 2013, serving first as a branch manager in the Keyser Office and then as a Commercial Lender beginning in 2018.
