Clyde Victor “Vic” Fulk, 75, of Mathias WV, passed away at home March 29, 2025 surrounded by his family.
He was born on September 28, 1949 in Harrisonburg, VA and was the son of the late Dorothy and Denver Randolph Fulk.
Vic enjoyed riding mules, deer hunting, fishing, turkey hunting, coon hunting, and most of all spending time with his wife and grandchildren.
Surviving him is his wife, the former Shirley Strawderman. Vic and Shirley married on October 25, 1968 beginning their life together raising 2 children and countless grandchildren.
Also surviving are his children, daughter Vicky Lynn Saville of Moorefield WV, and son Charles Denver Fulk (Tina) of Mathias WV. Siblings, Bonnie Yankey (Harold “Squirm”) and Denver Fulk (Anne). Grandchildren, Justin, Natasha (Ryan), Kayla (Michael), Tanner (Jaden), Emmie (Alex), Cate (Justin), Eli, Bentley, Jess (Derek). Great grandchildren, Kendelynn, Priscilla, Aubree, Cora, Easton, Dreyden, Eliza, Levi, Raelynn, Polly, Scarlett, Haivyn, Sadie, Everleigh, Issac.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sisters Peggy Warner, and Sandy Good.
A memorial service will be held at Grandle funeral home in Broadway VA officiated by Chaplain Irene Mongold on Saturday April 5, 2025 at 12 o’clock pm. The family will receive friends an hour before the service begins.
There will be a dinner for family and friends held at the old schoolhouse in Mathias WV following the funeral service.
