East Hardy Varsity Cougars 2025 couldn’t keep up with Southern Garrett and fell 11-4 on Tuesday at East Hardy Elementary School.
Southern Garrett opened the scoring in the top of the first thanks to three errors. Southern Garrett first got on the board when an error scored one run.
Addison Armentrout hit a solo inside the park home run in the bottom of the first for the East Hardy Varsity Cougars 2025.
Southern Garrett added one run in the third. East Hardy Varsity Cougars 2025 committed an error, making the score 5-1.
Wilson earned the win for Southern Garrett. The starting pitcher surrendered five hits and four runs (two earned) over seven innings, striking out 13 and walking six. Brooke Moyers took the loss for East Hardy Varsity Cougars 2025. The reliever went four innings, allowing six runs on five hits, striking out five and walking five.
