Marion Gail Wolfe, age 86 of Moorefield, WV, passed away Sunday afternoon, May 18, 2025, at the E. A. Hawse Healthcare Center in Baker, WV. Born on December 17, 1938, in Ford City, PA, Marion was a vibrant spirit whose love for family and life shone brightly. Marion was the beloved daughter of the late Blaine Calvin Miller and Thelma Augusta Dilley Miller and a cherished wife to her late husband, Robert Lee Wolfe, who left us in December 2019.

Marion was a registered nurse her entire life. She had immeasurable character, a profound sense of compassion, highly developed clinical skills and a deep empathetic understanding of humanity. A true lover of life’s simple pleasures, Marion spent many happy hours reading, engaging in crossword puzzles and bird watching from her cozy home. She delighted in cooking and baking for her family, relishing the moments spent together around the dining table. Her laughter and kindness made every gathering a special occasion.

Surviving are two sons, Brady M. (Marsha) Wolfe of Moorefield, WV and Donald Wolfe of Winchester, VA; a brother, Ronald Miller of Lakewood, CO; a sister, Delores Smith of Circleville, OH; two grandsons, John (Briana) Davis and Brian (Yvonne) Smith and great-grandchildren, Bryson, Daniel, Ashley, Alanah, Axton, Saylor, Zoey and one on the way.

While we will miss her dearly, we find comfort reflecting on her incredible life. A small family service will be held in the near future to celebrate Marion’s legacy and the many ways she touched our hearts.

In the spirit of celebration, we encourage family and friends to share their favorite stories, memories, or photos of Marion on her Tribute Wall at www.fraleyfuneralhome.com. Let us come together to celebrate the life of a remarkable woman who made a lasting impact on all those around her.
