BURLINGTON, WV – Paving operations will be conducted on WV 259, from Big Ridge Road to Grover Smith Road, in Hardy County, between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. daily, beginning on Monday, June 9, 2025, through the beginning of July 2025. Work will consist of base failure repair, widening, and paving operations. Flaggers will be present to direct traffic. Motorists are advised to stay alert and travel with caution through the work zone. Please use an alternate route, if possible. Exact schedule is weather dependent.
