June 23, 2025 — Coldwell Banker Premier is proud to announce that Tristin Prince, the company’s Digital Marketing Manager, is a 2025 recipient of Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC’s elite “30 Under 30” award. This annual recognition celebrates the achievements of Coldwell Banker-affiliated real estate professionals under the age of 30 who have demonstrated exceptional performance in sales, community service, and industry leadership. Selected from a global network of over 100,000 affiliated agents and staff across more than 2,700 offices in 47 countries and territories, these rising stars exemplify the entrepreneurial spirit and vision of company founders Colbert Coldwell and Arthur Banker, who launched the firm in 1906 when they were both 24 years old.
“These outstanding young professionals are not only achieving impressive milestones in their real estate careers, but they are also making meaningful contributions to their communities and to the Coldwell Banker brand,” said Jason Waugh, President of Coldwell Banker Affiliates. “Their drive, innovation, and leadership are shaping the future of our industry. Congratulations to the 2025 ’30 Under 30’ class!”
“This award means the world to me,” said Prince. “It’s not just a title — It’s a reflection of the work I’ve poured into not just building marketing systems that work, but more importantly, building people up.” Prince says the public may think real estate marketing would primarily focus on advertising homes, but her true goal is empowering the agents to own their brand, tell their story, and show up with confidence.
Prince’s journey is marked by tenacity, creativity, and dedication. A graduate of McNeese State University with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Family & Child Studies, Prince brings a unique understanding of people to her work. She supported herself through college by starting her own social media marketing business, and found that’s where her passion really lied. “Marketing is all about creating a connection,” Prince says. “My background in psychology allows me to create strategies that resonate and build trust.” In 2023 she became the Marketing Manager at Coldwell Banker Ingle Safari Realty in Lake Charles, Louisiana, where she created marketing systems from the ground up — everything from branding kits and SEO strategies to content calendars and training resources. In November 2024, she took the reins as Digital Marketing Manager for Coldwell Banker Premier, an east coast powerhouse with 22 offices and 350+ agents across six states including Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Florida.
“What makes Tristin exceptional is her creative talent, her drive to constantly innovate and improve, and the way she goes above and beyond to help others” said Steve DuBrueler, Founder and CEO of Coldwell Banker Premier. “She loves her work and cares about people, and it really shows.” He goes on to say, “This year our company’s tagline is ‘Where the Pros Work’, and this award is further proof that our team members are true professionals that really stand out from the crowd.” DuBrueler adds that Premier ranks in the top 1% of real estate brokerages in the nation, and he credits some of this success to Premier’s 6 to 1 agent to staff ratio which is far higher than the industry average and provides a superior level of support for his agents to grow and thrive.
Prince attributes much of her growth to mentorship within the Coldwell Banker network, particularly from Stephen Meadows, Chief Operating Officer at Coldwell Banker Premier. Prince says, “It’s inspiring to know that someone who was once in a position similar to mine has become such a successful leader, and is able to manage everything so well. Stephen showed me that leadership is about authenticity, support, and being there for your people. It isn’t about ego, it’s about impact. That’s the kind of legacy I want to build.”
As a member of the distinguished “30 Under 30” class, Prince will be honored at an exclusive reception during the Coldwell Banker Generation Blue Experience® in Las Vegas this September, where she’ll join fellow honorees and alumni from around the world.
