The West Virginia Alcohol Beverage Control (WVABCA) would like to remind shoppers that state law prohibits retail liquor outlets from selling liquor on Wednesday, December 25, 2024 (Christmas Day). This restriction does not apply to businesses such as a restaurant that may sell liquor, wine and beer for on-premises consumption.
