How To Clear Browser’s Cache

Google Chrome (Windows & Mac)

  1. Click the three dots in the top-right corner.
  2. Go to More toolsClear browsing data.
  3. Select the Time range (e.g., “All time”).
  4. Check “Cached images and files”.
  5. Click Clear data.

🟦 Mozilla Firefox (Windows & Mac)

  1. Click the three lines (menu) in the top-right corner.
  2. Go to SettingsPrivacy & Security.
  3. Scroll to Cookies and Site Data.
  4. Click Clear Data.
  5. Check Cached Web Content.
  6. Click Clear.

🟦 Microsoft Edge (Windows)

  1. Click the three dots in the top-right corner.
  2. Go to SettingsPrivacy, search, and services.
  3. Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
  4. Select Time range (e.g., “All time”).
  5. Check Cached images and files.
  6. Click Clear now.

🟦 Safari (Mac)

  1. Click Safari in the top menu bar.
  2. Select PreferencesPrivacy.
  3. Click Manage Website Data…
  4. Click Remove All → Confirm.

Or, for a full cache clear:

  1. Click SafariPreferencesAdvanced.
  2. Check “Show Develop menu in menu bar”.
  3. In the top menu, click DevelopEmpty Caches.

🟦 Mobile Browsers

Chrome (iOS & Android)

  1. Tap the three dots (top-right on Android, bottom-right on iOS).
  2. Go to HistoryClear browsing data.
  3. Check Cached images and files.
  4. Tap Clear data.

Safari (iPhone/iPad)

  1. Go to SettingsSafari.
  2. Scroll down and tap Clear History and Website Data.
  3. Confirm when prompted.
